Hacienda Center, the flagship building in Hacienda Business Park reverberated to the sounds of a mariachi band when The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Callahan-Pentz Properties, co-developers of Hacienda Business Park, hosted a grand opening celebration.
“Fiesta Grande” was a feast of fun and food for over 1,000 guess who attended. It was held on the third floor of the south tower in the new 287,708 square foot, five story complex.
Hacienda Center is located in the heart of the Park at Stoneridge and Hacienda Drives. Lush landscaping abounds and covers approximately 28% of the site with greenery. The entry plazas feature fountains at each building, seating areas, and outdoor terraces on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors with a generous planting of shade trees.
The building was designed by Pleasanton architects Fee & Munson who won an award from the California Council of Architects for their design of Chabot Center.
In addition to the margaritas, mariachis and mexican food, the fiesta also featured an appearance by Pleasanton’s famous Balloon Platoon who performed for those assembled, many of whom were from the area and had never been exposed to Pleasanton’s nautical drill and broom core.
