A Park of Beauty and Business

When one hears the word park, the sight of trees, greenery, flowers and beauty come to mind. So it should be, too, when you think of Hacienda Business Park.

Although Hacienda's main function will be as a place of business, trees, grass, flowering shrubs and other greenery will line the business park's streets and walkways. Existing trails in Pleasanton will be extended into the park allowing joggers, bicyclists and pedestrians to enjoy scenic roads with the opportunity to stop, relax and smell the flowers.

The landscaping, consisting primarily of mature eucalyptus, sycamore and red oak will enhance the beauty of the park and allow it to blend with the already established areas that surround Hacienda.

A landscaped arch at the main entrance of the park at Stoneridge and Hopyard was inspired by the Pleasanton Arch downtown and will lead the way along a tree-lined street to a main plaza which can be used as a gathering place for special city events.

All this beauty within the business park is in compliance with Hacienda's new master planned development, and is financed by co-developers, The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Callahan-Pentz.

Owner's of individual sites will finance and maintain their own on-site landscaping in accordance with the requirements of the Hacienda Business Park Owners Association. These requirements are incorporated in the park's comprehensive recorded deed restrictions (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) and will ensure an atmosphere of on-going beauty in a business setting.
